A major initiative has been undertaken for creating self-employment for learners and jobless youths through online outsourcing training all over the country. With the financial support of UNDP, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed at Prime Minister's Office between Support to Digital Bangladesh (A2I) Programme and Swanirvar Bangladesh on 4 April 2012.
National Project Director of Support to Digital Bangladesh Programme of Prime Minister's Office Md Nazrul Islam Khan and Chairman (Governing Body) of Swanirvar Bangladesh S M Al Husainy signed on behalf of the respective organisation.
Secretary General of Governing Body (Swanirvar Bangladesh) Barrister Aneek Rushd Haque, Director of IT and Communications (Swanirvar Bangladesh) Mr Khalid Noman Husainy and Director Administration Mr Akter Hossain Khan and high officials of the Prime Minister's Office were present.
At present, online outsourcing has been playing an important role in creating new self-employment through usage of information technology (IT).Swanirvar Bangladesh will impart training on outsourcing at all district, upazila and unions of the country. Already under the purview of MoU, Swanirvar Bangladesh and A2I are jointly organising and conducting trainings on online earning Nation wide.
Swanirvar Bangladesh will help resolve various problems to the youths who underwent outsourcing trainings, help create endless opurtunities by emphasising on UISCs and yeild a prosperous E- Generation. The programme can be followed and candidates can register for the training through an Online Interactive site. Support to Digital Bangladesh (A2I) Programme and Swanirvar Bangladesh will help conduct training courses at zila, upazila and union level as well as in formulating new planning.

Support to Digital Bangladesh Access to Information (A2I) Programme and Swanirvar Bangladesh are conducting online outsourcing training nationwide at Zilla, Upazilla and Union Levels as well as formulating new development plans like the development of ICT’s and other IT and online related services. National Project Director Support to Digital Bangladesh A2IProgramme former PS1 of The Prime Minister's Office and current ICT Secrectary Mr .Md Nazrul Islam Khan as well as Chairman Governing Body Mr. S.M Al Husainy has attended and inaugurated a number of Swanirvar Bangladesh’s A2i Earning and Learning Programme’s online outsourcing based trainings as Chief Guests. Mr Md Nazrul Islam khan has also participated and addressed the Trainees in a number of interactive video conferencing sessions and activities and personally reviewed the online based trainings from the trainees themselves. Mr. Khalid Noman Husainy being the Focal Point of Earning and Learning Programme (Swanirvar Bangladesh and A2I Programme) is personally conducting the trainings along with the efficient Support staff of Swanirvar Bangladesh’s A2i and IT wings. The positive feedbacks and results obtained from the trainings so far has been tremendous and progressing enthusiastically nationwide. The turnout’s, responses and the follow-ups of the trainee batches are performing promptly and are eagerly supportive of ‘Learning and Earning’ Programme.
